Jobs for the disabled is at the forefront of what we're working together towards at weareyourvoice. Thousands of capable people in India find gainful employment out of reach just because they are disabled by a physical or mental difficulty. "We Are Your Voice" is an initiative which aims at Connecting Socially Responsible HR Professionals and Employers with Differently-Abled Budding Professionals
Why We Are Your Voice
The United Nations Organization reports that 15% of the world population live with some form of disability and 80% of them live in developing countries.
Note : India is a major contributor in the developing countries population.
We Are Your Voice has been actively engaged in promoting employment and livelihood opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through job fairs and the implementation of various initiatives aimed at creating job opportunities and eradicating unemployment in this vulnerable community since 2013.
